Daphine Moore is an accomplished business owner, marketing strategist, and community leader who has built her career on helping organizations amplify their voices and connect with the people they serve.

 

She is the Founder and President of Moore Marketing Agency, a Las Vegas–based firm specializing in social media management, brand development, and integrated marketing. Since 2017, Daphine has partnered with small businesses, nonprofits, and government contractors to craft innovative marketing campaigns that drive growth and build strong community connections. She is also the Co-Founder of Blossom, a business hub that combines education and community building through impactful services and workshops dedicated to empowering individuals, businesses, and entrepreneurs.

Her expertise in marketing and communications extends beyond her agency work. Daphine currently serves as Branch Office Manager for the NAACP Las Vegas Branch, where she oversees daily operations, committee coordination, and community engagement efforts. She also holds leadership positions as the Marketing Chair for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Southern Nevada and Vice President of Social Media for the American Marketing Association (AMA) Las Vegas Chapter. In these roles, she develops strategies that strengthen brand presence, foster collaboration, and increase engagement across diverse audiences. In addition, she has volunteered as Secretary for Women in the NAACP (WIN) and as Marketing Chair for the Urban Chamber of Commerce, demonstrating her long-standing commitment to advocacy, empowerment, and service.

Born and raised in Texas, Daphine embodies the warmth and authenticity of southern hospitality. As the oldest child, she naturally embraced responsibility and leadership early in life, traits that continue to shape her approach to business and service today. Known for her professionalism, creativity, and no-nonsense approach, she thrives at the intersection of strategy and community impact.

Through her work, Daphine has become a trusted advocate for women, small business owners, and underrepresented voices. Whether she is leading marketing campaigns, mentoring entrepreneurs, co-creating inclusive spaces through Blossom, or building partnerships, her mission remains the same: to create opportunities, fuel growth, and inspire confidence in others.

She lives by the principle that God is the CEO of every vision and every assignment, finding strength in Proverbs 16:3: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” She also holds fast to Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
